Inspectah

A modern inspection app that turned a slow, paper-heavy process into a fast, reliable digital system

The Challenge

Property inspectors were losing valuable time to handwritten notes, separate photo uploads and long nights formatting reports. Every inspector worked differently, which meant inconsistent quality and limited scalability for businesses. Clients waited too long, inspectors worked too hard, and no one enjoyed the process.

Inspectah wanted a complete digital solution. They needed a mobile app that inspectors could use comfortably on-site, a reporting system that produced clean, professional documents instantly, and a flexible structure that worked for individual operators and multi-branch companies.

Our Solution

We created Inspectah, a cross-platform inspection and reporting system that brings the entire workflow into one place. Inspections start on the mobile app with fast photo capture, structured checklists and instant syncing back to the web dashboard. Reports are generated automatically, so the final PDF is ready for clients as soon as the inspection is complete.

To support different types of inspection businesses, we built a multi-tenant setup. Each organisation gets its own private space, with isolated templates, users, permissions and reports. Everything scales smoothly as new inspectors or branches come on board.

A key part of the experience is the AI-led onboarding. New users can upload previous reports, and the system extracts categories, subcategories and structure for their new templates. This turns what used to take hours into a ten-minute setup.

Payments are also integrated through Stripe, allowing businesses to collect fees directly through the platform.

The Journey

Before writing a line of code, we studied how real inspectors worked in the field. We broke down the friction points: slow note-taking, lost photos, inconsistent report formats and far too much admin at the end of the day. This shaped the app into something inspectors could use naturally while moving around a property.

Our design team created a mobile-first flow that felt lightweight and practical. Once approved, our developers built the entire system across web, Android and iOS, integrating the core modules, syncing behaviour, PDF generation and data management. The platform was refined through multiple rounds of testing with real users before moving into release.

Key Impact

Inspectah now replaces an outdated and inefficient process with a single, organised system. Inspections are quicker, reports are consistent and businesses deliver better results with far less manual work. The time savings are significant, and onboarding new inspectors is much easier thanks to the AI setup.

This is the kind of product that becomes part of someone’s daily toolkit, not just another piece of software.
